ist gefragt, um komplexe Kundenprojekte in Europa (UK, Festland) und Taiwan erfolgreich zu steuern. Dieser herausfordernde Auftrag kombiniert die Flexibilität von Remote-Arbeit mit der Notwendigkeit zur
gelegentlichen internationalen Reisebereitschaft
und bietet die einmalige Chance, mit Ihrer technischen Führungskompetenz die nächste Generation von Konnektivitätslösungen maßgeblich voranzutreiben.

Projektbeschreibung

  • Leitung der gesamten technischen Test- und Validierungsaktivitäten, einschließlich Laboreinrichtung, detaillierter Testfallplanung, Konformitätsprüfungen und Zertifizierungsprozessen.
  • Implementierung maßgeschneiderter technischer Lösungen, um komplexe Kundenanforderungen präzise und zukunftssicher in reale Anwendungsfälle zu überführen.
  • Koordination der technischen Kommunikation als zentraler Ansprechpartner für Pre- und Post-Sales-Support, Schulungen und anspruchsvolle Produktpräsentationen.
  • Einflussnahme auf die Produkt-Roadmap durch die Gewinnung wertvoller Feld- und Kundeneinblicke, um das Produktdesign und die interne Entwicklungsstrategie maßgeblich zu informieren.
  • Sicherstellung der nahtlosen, funktionsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Entwicklungs-, QA- und Softwareteams zur effektiven Problemlösung.
  • Durchführung von fundierter Fehlerbehebung und Feldversuchen unter Einsatz von professionellen Test- und Debugging-Tools.

Skills

  • Expertise im Bereich der Konnektivitätslösungen, insbesondere in der Anwendung der aktuellen WiFi-Standards (Test, Validierung und Zertifizierung).
  • Tiefgreifendes technisches Wissen über gängige Open-Source-Plattformen wie RDK-B oder OpenWRT zur Gestaltung robuster Systemarchitekturen.
  • Verständnis der IoT-Protokolle und deren Integration in Home Automation und WiFi-Sensing Lösungen.
  • Fähigkeit zur Unterstützung der Entwicklung durch praktische Programmierung in Sprachen wie C/C++, Python und JavaScript zur Anpassung von Codebasen.
  • Kommunikation in verhandlungssicherem Englisch und Deutsch zur effektiven Steuerung internationaler Projekte.
  • Führungskompetenz und Projektmanagement-Skills zur effektiven Organisation komplexer Test- und Integrationsprojekte.
  • Detailorientierung und analytische Stärke zur schnellen Behebung technischer Störungen und zur Klärung komplexer Kundenbedürfnisse.
