Position Overview

We are seeking a Field Application Engineer (FAE) to support our Lighting Product Line in Frankfurt. The successful candidate will act as a technical bridge between our R&D, sales teams, and customers, ensuring that our solutions meet customer requirements and deliver superior performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and application guidance for lighting power supply products.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical presentations for clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product applications.
  • Work closely with R&D and product management teams to feedback customer requirements and market trends.
  • Support design-in activities and help customers integrate our products into their systems.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners in the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
  • At least 1~3 years of experience in application engineering, technical support, or related roles.
  • Solid understanding of power electronics and lighting systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe as required.
