Deine Aufgaben:

  • Prüfung und Verarbeitung aller royalty-relevanten Zahlungseingänge
  • Erstellung von Abrechnungen und detaillierten Erlösübersichten
  • Sicherstellung der Korrektheit und Vertragskonformität von Lizenzabrechnungen
  • Kontrolle von Verwertungsgesellschaftsabrechnungen und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Unterstützung der Stakeholder bei der Nutzung des Royalty Online Portals
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von Prozessen, Systemen und Workflows
  • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder entsprechendes Studium
  • 3-5 Jahre Erfahrungen in einer Royalty Abteilung, vorzugsweise bei einem Musikverlag/Label oder einer Verwertungsgesellschaft
  • Sehr gute Office365 Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Analytische, strukturierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässig, gewissenhaft und teamfähig mit einer Affinität zu Zahlen
  • Fließende Verständigung in deutscher und englischer Sprache in Wort und Schrift
