**Finance and Controlling Supervisor**
Our client, MBE Worldwide spa, a pioneering company in facilitating global commerce for small and medium-sized businesses worldwide, commissioned us to find a Finance and Controlling Supervisor.
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager **MBE Germany**, the Finance & controlling supervisor will oversee all the tasks related to credit management, accounting and controlling.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Managing the cash flow, assessment of the reliability and timing of credit collection, monitoring of payment deadlines, internal coordination for the control and reminder of commercial credits- Monitoring of payments, receivables, and payables- Credit recovery management and assistance in drafting repayment plans- Royalty management- Directly communicate with our Auditors and Tax advisors, supporting the yearly audit and tax filing routines.- Prepare ad hoc analysis for the Head Quarter- Prepare monthly reports and support the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
- Assist the finance manager in the preparation of the yearly budget and forecast.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics or Business Administration- 2/3 years of relevant working experience, if it’s in either Big Four Accounting Firm or in a corporate environment will be considered a plus
