Leveraging cutting-edge battery technology, the company has successfully delivered safe and reliable energy storage solutions for hundreds of utility-scale, C&l, and residential projects worldwide, spanning over 107 cities, including the U.S., U.k., Germany, South Africa, Chile, Switzerland, ltaly, Japan, etc.
Compliance & Grid Requirements:
●Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the BESS business with utilities, industrial clients, and renewable energy developers.
●Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to solution design, proposal preparation, and deal closure.
●Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the renewable energy sector, including utility companies, grid operators, and regulatory bodies.
Collaboration & Leadership:
● Work closely with engineering, operations, and R&D teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Qualifications:
● Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
● 3 to 5 years of experience in renewable energy technical support, sales, or project management, with a focus on BESS, PCS, or EMS.
● Strong understanding of energy storage systems and grid compliance requirements (IEC, IEEE standards).
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
● Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and grid codes for integrating energy storage systems.
● Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
● Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits.
