Executive Sales Manager
to join their team in the Baden-Württemberg region. This is a strategic role focused on driving growth in the
Air & Ocean Freight
segment, with a strong emphasis on business development, client relationship management, and market expansion.
This company is known for its global reach, customer-centric approach, and decades of expertise in international freight forwarding. With a strong presence across key global trade lanes and a commitment to innovation and operational excellence, it offers a dynamic and collaborative environment for ambitious professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for air and ocean freight services
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities across various industries
- Manage and expand relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, pricing, and global account teams, to deliver integrated logistics solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, acting as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador
Your Profile:
- Several years of proven experience in freight forwarding, with a strong focus on air and ocean freight
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales and business development, ideally in a regional or national role
- Strong commercial mindset, negotiation skills, and a proactive, results-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
- Deep understanding of the logistics landscape in Germany, including key trade lanes and customer needs
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
