What you offer us

About the role:
  • You own our Magento-based shop platform at Yoshien from a business and product perspective
  • You act as the product manager within a cross-functional team of engineers, QA, and UX design.
  • You lead and drive the end-to-end development of new features – from discovery to delivery.
  • You perform data-driven analysis to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
  • You coordinate across teams, stakeholders, and keep everyone aligned on priorities and timelines.
  • You plan six to twelve months ahead, helping define and shape our product strategy and roadmap — always with an eye on what comes next.
  • You are the go-to person for all e-commerce shop topics: from search, recommendations, and checkout to conversion optimization, LLM optimization, and more.
