Technical Product Manager
for our
Platform team

How The Role Contributes To The Company's Vision
As the Senior Technical Product Manager for Platform, you will own the core services and system-wide components that make our platform secure, scalable, and extensible. From authentication and access management to notifications, data processing, and developer tooling, your work will empower our internal product, engineering, operations, and compliance teams to build faster and with greater confidence.

This is a high-impact, high-leverage role where you will define and deliver reusable services that underpin investor and fund manager experiences across the platform. You will ensure consistency, compliance, and reliability, enabling seamless workflows for Limited Partners, General Partners, and third-party providers.

Top Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for the Platform team, covering authentication & authorisation, notifications & messaging, document storage, AI-powered data extraction, and developer experience.
• Partner with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Ops, Compliance) to identify foundational needs and ensure platform services meet evolving requirements
• Translate complex infrastructure and security concepts into clear product requirements and priorities
• Collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, and QA to ship high-quality, reliable, and scalable platform features
• Drive adoption of platform services across teams, ensuring consistent implementation and minimising technical debt
• Define and monitor success metrics (uptime, latency, adoption, error rates, usage) to measure platform health and performance
• Stay informed on trends in security, developer platforms, and compliance technology to introduce best practices and innovation
• Act as the internal advocate for scalability, reusability, and long-term stability across the product organisation

What You Should Bring With You

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products
• Proven track record of building secure, scalable, and reusable systems in a high-growth environment
• Experience with authentication, RBAC, secure document storage, or messaging/notification systems is a strong plus
• Familiarity with compliance-heavy or regulated environments (fintech, enterprise SaaS, or similar)
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with engineering, security, and operations teams
• Strong technical acumen and ability to translate complex system concepts into product priorities
• Data-driven approach with experience defining and tracking platform health metrics
• Self-starter mentality, comfortable working in ambiguity and balancing short-term delivery with long-term scalability
• Bonus: experience in fintech, private markets, or B2B SaaS platforms
