Unser Hauptsitz ist unser qm großes Fotostudio in Bremen, in dem wir aktuell ca. 200 Mitarbeiter beschäftigen.

Als Technical Project Manager / Product Owner bist du die operative Schnittstelle zwischen unserer Softwareentwicklung und den internen sowie externen Projektpartnern. Du koordinierst mehrere digitale Projekte parallel, übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in klare User Stories und unterstützt das Development durch technische Analysen und Tests. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit der Abteilungsleitung zusammen und gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer Systeme mit.

Aufgaben
  • Steuerung und Koordination mehrerer paralleler IT-Projekte
  • Anforderungsanalyse und Erstellung von User Stories mit Akzeptanzkriterien
  • Durchführung von Softwaretests aus User-Sicht
  • Unterstützung bei Fehleranalysen (inkl. SQL-Abfragen)
  • Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern und Kunden in Projektphasen
  • Mitarbeit an Prozessoptimierungen und Weiterentwicklung unserer Systemlandschaft
Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder Product Ownership
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SQL für Analysen und einfache Statusupdates
  • Gutes technisches Grundverständnis & hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • Kommunikationsstärke und strukturiertes Arbeiten
  • Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Nice-to-have: Grundkenntnisse in Tools wie n8n, Zapier oder
