Die Caterpillar Energy Solutions GmbH steht mit ihren beiden Marken MWM und CAT für hocheffiziente und umweltfreundliche Anlagen zur dezentralen Energieerzeugung. Das in Mannheim ansässige Unternehmen wurde im Jahre 1871 vom Autopionier Carl Benz gegründet. Die Produkte stehen für mehr als 150 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Gasmotoren und Stromaggregaten für Erdgas, Biogas und weitere Sondergase. Seit November 2011 ist unser Unternehmen Teil des Caterpillar-Konzerns.
Für unseren Bereich "Strategic Sales" suchen wir einen
CMP Sales Manager (m/w/d) Datacenter
Einsatzort: Mannheim
Das sind Ihre Aufgaben bei uns im Team:
- Verantwortlich für den Vertrieb von MWM-Produkten und -Dienstleistungen im Bereich Rechenzentren
- Hauptansprechpartner für MWM-Gasmotoren und BHKW-Lösungen mit Fokus auf Hyperscale- und Colocation-Rechenzentren
- Geschäftsausbau durch Neumaschinenverkauf und Aftermarket-Services
- Identifikation und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten im Rechenzentrumssektor
- Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen mit Betreibern und Partnern
- Sicherstellung genauer Prognosen und termingerechter Lieferung
Das sollten Sie mitbringen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Bereich Wirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Eine Spezialisierung in Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation ist von Vorteil
- Mindestens 5 Jahre erfolgreiche Berufserfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb und/oder Projektmanagement in industriellen Umgebungen
- Erfahrungen und Kontakte im Data Center Bereich sind erforderlich
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Niveau C1), weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
- Überdurchschnittliches Engagement und Reisebereitschaft (mindestens 50 % der Arbeitszeit)

- Reisetätigkeit: Bis zu 50 % in den zugewiesenen Regionen
- ISE oder Gehaltsübertragung: Nicht möglich
