Role Description:

The Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering actionable insights. This role involves gathering, interpreting, and documenting requirements to support strategic decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to understand business objectives, workflows, and challenges. The Business Analyst evaluates current processes, identifies inefficiencies, and recommends solutions that align with organizational goals. They develop clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps, to ensure accurate communication between business units and technical teams.

  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with business intelligence, ERP, or other enterprise systems is beneficial.
