Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and interpreting data, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from product, operations, finance, and other departments to ensure that business objectives are clearly defined and effectively met. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable plans. You will play a critical role in identifying opportunities for improvement, optimizing processes, and supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.

As a Business Analyst, you will be involved in collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will work with teams to document requirements, define project scope, and support the design and implementation of solutions that improve operational efficiency. Additionally, you will monitor key performance indicators, evaluate business processes, and assist in the development of strategies that enhance overall business performance. This role offers exposure to a wide range of business functions and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, operations, and project lifecycle management.
  • Ability to gather, document, and communicate business requirements clearly and concisely.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or other business management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving and decision-making.
