Role Description

The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the development of solutions that enhance operational efficiency and organizational performance. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, evaluating workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet business needs. The Business Analyst plays a key role in bridging communication between technical teams and business units to support successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities include conducting research and data analysis, developing process maps, preparing business and functional requirement documents, and supporting project planning and testing activities. The role also involves generating reports, presenting findings, and contributing to the implementation of new systems or process enhancements. This position requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to translate complex information into clear and actionable insights.
