Role Description

The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the development of solutions that enhance organizational performance. This role involves gathering and documenting requirements, evaluating processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that business objectives are met through effective system and workflow enhancements. The Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and management to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles.

Key responsibilities include conducting data analysis, mapping current and future-state processes, preparing documentation such as business requirements and functional specifications, and supporting testing activities. The Business Analyst will also assist in developing recommendations, preparing reports, and helping drive the implementation of business changes. This position requires strong analytical skills, an ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements, and excellent communication capabilities.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at bridging the gap between business goals and technical solutions.
