Motatos nimmt Firmen bereits produzierte, überschüssige Ware ab und verkauft diese online zu günstigen Preisen an Kunden.
Motatos gibt es bereits in Dänemark, und unter dem Namen Matsmart in Schweden und Finnland. Gegründet wurden wir 2014 in Stockholm.
Dein Verantwortungsbereich umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten:- Als Category Manager FMCG / Food (m/w/d) bist du für den Einkauf unserer Shop Sortimente verantwortlich
- Du betreust unsere Key Accounts in deiner Warengruppe und stärkst unsere Beziehungen zu unseren bestehenden Partnern
- Du akquirierst neue Lieferanten und gewinnst weitere Markenpartner für eine strategische Zusammenarbeit
- Du erweiterst unser Netzwerk auf Entscheiderebene in der Lebensmittelindustrie und intensivierst die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren bestehenden Partnern
- Basierend auf historischen Daten und KPIs optimierst du deine Einkaufsentscheidungen und verbesserst konstant unser Ergebnis
- Gemeinsam mit unserem Merchandising entwickelst und erweiterst du unsere Sortimentsstrategie
Dein Profil:- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Einkauf / Category Management mit Konsumgütern, idealer Weise im Bereich Flash-Sales/Overstocks
- Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikation zählen zu deinen absoluten Stärken und sind Teil deiner DNA
- Du hast Spaß daran, auf Menschen zuzugehen und neue Partnerschaften aufzubauen
- Du verfügst über hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
- Vorkenntnisse und Erfahrung aus dem Bereich Food / FMCG bzw. E-Commerce sind ein Plus
- Du brennst für unsere Mission, Lebensmittel zu retten und nachhaltigen Konsum einfach zugänglich zu machen.
