Wir suchen dich als Commercial Category Manager (m/w/d):

jemand, der mit commercial mindset wirtschaftlich denkt, Kennzahlen steuert und Projekte im Category Management wirkungsvoll vorantreibt.

Aufgaben

Deine Rolle:

Du verantwortest die wirtschaftliche Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktportfolios – von der Nachbestellung über die Lagerbestände bis hin zur digitalen Vermarktung. Dabei behältst du stets den Überblick über Performance, Profitabilität und Prozesseffizienz.

  • Analyse und Steuerung der wirtschaftlichen Ergebnisse unserer Produktgruppen (Absatz, Marge, Lagerumschlag).
  • Operative Verantwortung für Nachbestellungen, Rechnungsprüfung, Overstock-Management und Remissionen.
  • Enger Austausch mit Marketing zur Planung und Auswertung von PPC-Kampagnen und Verkaufsaktionen.
  • Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen zur Portfoliooptimierung und Umsatzsteigerung.
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Einkauf, Vertrieb, Marketing und Logistik – du hältst alle Fäden zusammen.
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaft, Handel oder Medienmanagement
  • 3–6 Jahre Berufserfahrung Erfahrung im Category Management, E-Commerce oder Portfoliomanagement (idealerweise in einem Handels- oder Verlagsumfeld).
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch und hast ein ausgeprägtes commercial mindset.
  • Du arbeitest hands-on, suchst pragmatische Lösungen und willst Wirkung erzielen.
  • Impact und Ergebnisorientierung treiben dich an.
  • Du bist analytisch, strukturiert und behältst den Überblick über Zahlen und Prozesse.
  • Erfahrung mit Amazon oder anderen Marktplätzen ist wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)
