ACTIU is looking for a Sales Manager – Bavaria (Germany)

At ACTIU, a leading international company in furniture for workplaces and contract spaces, we combine innovation, responsible design, and a commitment to sustainability to create environments that enhance people's well-being.

What you will do

  • Develop and grow ACTIU's business in Bavaria, managing clients, distributors, and specifiers.
  • Drive contract projects from initial opportunity to execution and delivery.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and achieve sales targets.
  • Represent ACTIU at trade fairs, events, and brand initiatives.

What we are looking for

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in Germany, preferably in contract furniture for collective spaces.
  • Native or bilingual German and fluent English.
  • Results-driven, autonomous, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and commitment skills.
