Als Full-Service-Anbieter übernehmen wir alles: von der Planung über Netzanschluss und Zertifizierung bis zur Installation und Inbetriebnahme.

Für den weiteren Ausbau unseres Vertriebs und Go-to-Market-Ansatzes suchen wir eine Person, die unsere Revenue-Prozesse strukturiert aufsetzt und skaliert.

Aufgaben


Deine Rolle

Als Growth / Go-to-Market Manager / Lead (m/w/d) arbeitest du eng mit CEO und Gründerteam zusammen und verantwortest den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Revenue- und Go-to-Market-Prozesse.

Perspektivisch besteht die Möglichkeit, die Rolle, bei entsprechender Unternehmensentwicklung und persönlicher Leistung, zu einer Growth / Go-to-Market Lead weiterzuentwickeln.


Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbau und Steuerung von Revenue-Operations-Prozessen entlang der Customer Journey

  • Optimierung von Lead-Management, Sales Enablement und Pipeline-Strukturen

  • Analyse von Markt-, Kunden- und Vertriebsdaten zur Ableitung von Wachstumsmaßnahmen

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Marketing und Finance

  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Revenue-Tech-Stacks, insbesondere CRM und Sales-Tools

  • Definition, Tracking und Reporting relevanter Revenue- und Sales-Kennzahlen

  • Mitarbeit an strategischen Wachstums- und Expansionsprojekten

Qualifikation


Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Development oder vergleichbarem Umfeld

  • Verständnis für skalierbare Vertriebs- und Go-to-Market-Prozesse

  • Datengetriebene, analytische Arbeitsweise

  • Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und Automatisierungstools

  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Schnittstellenkompetenz

  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität

  • Deutsch mindestens C1
