You're not just a consultant — you are a strategic client partner. As a Senior GTM Strategy & Advisory Consultant, you will work directly with senior leaders up to C-level to translate complex commercial challenges into measurable business impact and scalable revenue growth. You will contribute to shaping and delivering strategic Go-to-Market, marketing, and performance engagements across a wide spectrum of clients.
You're the one we are looking for, ifYou bring at least 5+ years of professional experience in senior marketing, Go-to-Market, commercial strategy, or consultancy roles, either in agency/consultancy environments or internal, revenue-accountable positions.
You are confident navigating complex stakeholder environments, including C-level, and consistently create clarity and confidence through strong communication and structured thinking.
You have experience with revenue-relevant decisions — such as market entry, positioning, funnel design, or sales enablement — and are comfortable using data to inform strategic direction.
You bring experience across multiple revenue funnels and sales cycles and can adapt strategic approaches accordingly.
You demonstrate T-shaped expertise, combining strategic breadth with hands-on depth in relevant areas such as campaign optimization, marketing automation, or digital marketing — bringing practical insights into strategic planning.
You are proactive, entrepreneurial, and enjoy shaping and evolving service offerings, not just executing them.
You are curious about how AI-informed insights and predictive analytics can enhance GTM strategy and decision-making.
You thrive in fast-moving, cross-industry environments and embrace collaborative work styles.
Participate in client delivery across consulting engagements: Actively contribute to the delivery of marketing consultancy and Go-to-Market projects for external clients across different industries, company sizes, and maturity levels — from large-scale strategic initiatives to more focused optimization projects.
Develop and refine Go-to-Market strategies: Support the research, design, and evolution of GTM approaches tailored to specific markets, audiences, and commercial challenges. Contribute to defining customer segments, positioning, value propositions, and integrated marketing and sales approaches.
Support marketing & sales performance optimization: Analyze marketing and sales performance across funnels and channels. Identify improvement areas and support the definition and implementation of optimization measures that connect strategy with execution and measurable impact.
Create client-ready recommendations and implementation guidance: Prepare recommendations, frameworks, and supporting materials that translate strategic insights into clear guidance and concrete next steps. Apply your practical experience to help clients move from strategy to execution and enable implementation across marketing and sales activities.
Collaborate closely with clients and teams: Work directly with client stakeholders across different seniority levels and collaborate with internal teams to support workshops, discussions, and decision-making processes, contributing to long-term client success.
Experience: 5+ years in marketing, GTM, or commercial strategy roles in consultancy/agency contexts or internal revenue-accountable positions.
GTM & Commercial Strategy Expertise: Strong track record of developing and guiding end-to-end GTM strategies and commercial frameworks.
Revenue & Funnel Understanding: Solid understanding of different revenue funnels and sales cycles, connecting strategy to measurable business outcomes.
T-Shaped Profile & Hands-On Experience: Hands-on experience in areas like campaign optimization, marketing automation, or digital marketing is seen as a strong advantage and helps bridge strategy with execution.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to work with data, performance indicators, and market signals to derive actionable strategic recommendations.
Executive Communication & Facilitation: Excellent communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills with senior stakeholders.
Technology Familiarity: Hands-on or strategic exposure to CRM systems, marketing automation, and digital campaign tools.
Language & Market Context: Fluency in English is required; German is a strong advantage. Familiarity with the German and wider European market landscape is a must.
