Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle management of vehicle models, leading cross-functional project teams spanning marketing, retail, delivery, and other functions to establish goals, formulate strategies, track execution, and ensure closed-loop management.
  • Possess a strong ability to quickly learn and understand the intelligent electric vehicle industry. Leverage familiarity with automotive marketing and sales to identify risks and opportunities through data analysis and competitor tracking, developing both short-term and mid-to-long-term strategies and vehicle launch plans.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Develop and execute strategies for product launch, in-market phases, and end-of-life (EOL) to achieve commercial success throughout the product line's entire lifecycle.
  • Project Management: Manage project resources, effectively drive company-wide cross-team collaboration, and ensure the timely and quality delivery of all project elements (e.g., marketing materials, product experience, vehicle resources, budget). Optimize overall processes to ensure efficient teamwork.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing-related roles, including new product launch, product operation, and Go-To-Market project management. Deep understanding of the industry, brand, channels, competitive landscape, and user characteristics.
  • Practical hands-on experience with the IPMS process, proficient in product lifecycle management and the 4P marketing theory.
  • Strong interest in the intelligent electric vehicle industry, with the capability to acquire and analyze industry trends, market dynamics, competition, and user insights.
  • Strong data analysis and processing skills, logical thinking, and systematic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-driven with strong resilience.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in consumer electronics or automotive product launches, marketing, retail operations, or related fields.
