Account Manager (Germany)Location: Germany (field-based, with travel). Preferably living in central or Southern GermanyReports to: Head of Sales & Market Development - GermanyㅡPurposeThe Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration of UV Smart's medical capital equipment in Germany. The role focuses on developing long-term relationships with hospitals and office-based practices, primarily within ENT, Gynecology, Cardiology, and Hygiene departments. The Account Manager acts as a trusted partner to customers, supporting them from initial consultation through installation and long-term use of UV Smart solutions. Your ultimate goal is to make UV Smart market leader in Germany.ㅡCritical results●      Achievement and overachievement of assigned sales targets and revenue goals●      Growth of UV Smart's installed base within hospitals and office-based practices●      Development of strong, long-term customer relationships and high customer satisfaction●      Increased brand awareness and positioning of UV Smart as a trusted solution provider●      Accurate forecasting and structured sales pipeline management●      Collect feedback and collaborate with Marketing for appropriate support materialsㅡResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development (60%) Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within hospitals and office-based practices via warm leads and self-generated opportunities Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, product demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and closing Conduct on-site visits and demos to convert opportunities into sales Participate in the Go-To-Market strategy for (new) productsCustomer & Account Management (30%) Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hygiene specialists, clinical staff, biomedical engineers and procurement departments Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts Gather feedback and market intelligence for sales improvement;Market & Territory Management (10%) Develop and execute a structured territory and account plan Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs Represent UV Smart at trade fairs, congresses, and customer events Build and maintainㅡInvolved in●      Work closely with marketing, service, and product teams to ensure customer success●      Maintain accurate CRM documentation, sales forecasts, and activity reports●      Provide market feedback to support product and strategy developmentㅡSkills●      Strong consultative and solution-oriented sales skills●      Ability to explain technical and clinical benefits to medical professionals●      Excellent negotiation and closing skills●      Structured, self-organized, and results-driven working style●      Strong presentation and communication skills (in-person and virtual)●      High sense of urgency and prioritization of daily activities●      Willingness to learn and be open for feedback●      Not afraid to do things outside of your comfort zone●      A fast learner, making sure to have an in-depth knowledge of the product and the company within a short amount of time●      Have an entrepreneurial, creative mindset●      Reliable energetic personality that delivers what is promised●      Possess cultural awarenessㅡKnowledge &Experience●      >5 years of work experience●      Minimum Bachelor's degree●      Experience in B2B business●      Proven experience in sales of medical devices, preferably capital equipment●      Experience selling to hospitals and/or office-based practices●      Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets●      Familiarity with one or more of the following specialties is a strong advantage: ENT, Gynecology, Cardiology, Hygiene / Infection prevention●      Understanding of hospital decision-making processes and procurement structures●      Proficient with CRM tools (e.g. ZoHo or similar)●      Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)●      Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensivelyㅡPersonality & Mindset●      Customer-focused, empathetic, and relationship-oriented●      Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership●      Resilient, proactive, and motivated by achieving results●      Credible, professional, and confident when interacting with healthcare professionals●      Team-oriented, yet comfortable working independentlyㅡWhy Join UV Smart●      Meaningful Impact: Be part of a company that improves patient safety and infection prevention through innovative medical technology.
