Als
Director of Guest Experience & Lifestyle
übernehmen Sie die Leitung des gesamten Hospitality-Teams und prägen die Servicephilosophie eines Hauses mit internationalem Anspruch.

Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Guest Experience, Hospitality und Service Operations

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams (Butler, Hosts, Service, F&B)

  • Definition und Umsetzung der SPARK Hospitality Standards

  • Persönliche Betreuung von VIP-Gästen, Partnern und Key Clients

  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung von Living- und Event-Erlebnissen

  • Enge Abstimmung mit dem General Management und der Unternehmensführung

Qualifikation

  • 10–15 Jahre Berufserfahrung im internationalen Hospitality-, Boutique- oder Lifestyle-Segment

  • Führungserfahrung mit Schwerpunkt Guest Experience oder Operations

  • Stilsicherheit, emotionale Intelligenz und Organisationstalent

  • Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch fließend, Französisch von Vorteil

  • Visionäres Denken und ausgeprägtes Gespür für Atmosphäre und Exzellenz
