With your talent and personality, you'll write the first chapter of our new bar. Make it a place people want to return to – for the drinks and for the atmosphere.
What you bring:
- Expertise in F&B: You know the world of drinks, food pairings, and F&B trends like the back of your hand.
- Passion for people: You create connections – ensuring every guest feels comfortable and contributing to a positive work environment in our new lobby bar.
- Creativity & Drive: You're a visionary behind the bar while keeping everything under control.
- Attention to detail: You have solid knowledge of the MICROS POS system.
What your day looks like:
- Concept & Development Management: Creating new concepts, recipes, and training programs, as well as supporting colleagues and team development.
- Excellent service, Marriott style: You ensure our guests receive perfect advice and first-class service according to Marriott standards.
- Safety & Standards: You make sure all legal requirements (e.g., hygiene and fire safety) are met – always with a sharp eye for quality and security.
- Guest management & complaint handling: You respond to guest requests with sensitivity and handle complaints independently – always aiming for complete guest satisfaction.
- Optimal organization: You coordinate orders and manage the bar for day and evening operations.
