As Junior Manager Strategy & Business Development, you will work side-by-side with the CEO of valantic FSA and the Head of Business Development to deliver high-quality insights, models, and analyses that support strategic decision-making.
  • Strategy Support & Market Intelligence
    • Research market trends, competitors, clients, and regulatory developments
    • Build structured insight reports and briefing notes for the CEO
    • Support in the continuous development of the company's strategic priorities
  • Analytics, Business Modeling & Decision Support
    • Build financial and commercial models (e.g. pricing, growth, margin impact)
    • Prepare management-ready presentations based on data-driven insights
    • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support board or CEO decisions
  • Project Tracking & Governance Support
    • Track milestones and progress for key strategic initiatives
    • Prepare materials and updates for executive and investor communication
    • Assist in maintaining governance frameworks and decision logs
What distinguishes you
  • An academic degree in natural sciences, economics or business administration
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking or VC/PE with a track record in fintech projects/transactions
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills paired with business sense
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Structured, self-organized, and proactive - a fast learner with high ambition
  • Strong interest in financial services, fintech, and strategic thinking
