Operations Manager (m/w/d) Ambulante Pflege

Aufgaben

  • Sie tragen Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung, Kontrolle und Optimierung von Prozessen sowie Geschäftsabläufen

  • Sie sind Ansprechpartner*in für unsere PDLs in den ambulanten Diensten

  • Sicherstellung wirtschaftlicher Betriebsführung, u.a. durch effizientes Personalmanagement, Mitwirkung beim Recruiting und aktives Marketing/Kundenakquise

  • Mitwirkung bei Sonderprojekten, z.B. bei Verhandlungen für Vergütungs-vereinbarungen

Qualifikation

  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der Ambulanten Pflege (Tourendienst) mit PDL-Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Pflege, wie z.B. Studiengang "Pflege und Gesundheitsmanagement", wünschenswert

  • Fundierte und qualifizierte Kenntnisse der Organisation der Ambulanten Pflege

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse einer Anwendersoftware für die Ambulante Pflege (z.B.: MediFox, SNAP etc.) sowie Microsoft 365

  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse und unternehmerisches Denken

  • Entscheidungsfreude, lösungsorientiertes Denken und wertschätzende Führung

  • Reisebereitschaft
