Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant
. The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The Administrative Assistant will also support the leadership team and other staff members by preparing reports, maintaining records, and assisting with office logistics. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an
    administrative
    or
    clerical
    role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and organizational workflows
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office Suite
    (especially
    Word
    ,
    Excel
    ,
    PowerPoint
    ) and other office software (e.g.,
    Google Workspace
    ,
    Slack
    )
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle correspondence and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings efficiently
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet when addressing issues or requests
  • A customer-oriented attitude with the ability to interact professionally with visitors, clients, and team members
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines, copiers) and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Strong multitasking abilities and a positive, flexible attitude in a dynamic office environment
  • High level of

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
    Bachelor's degree
    or similar education is a plus
  • Previous experience in an
    administrative assistant
    or
    executive support
    role is highly desirable
