AUFGABENGEBIET

  • Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse  
  • Verbuchung des laufenden Tagesgeschäfts 
  • Erstellung der Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldung 
  • Intercompany Abstimmungen  
  • Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse 

ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanz- oder Finanzbuchhalter  
  • Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung und im Steuerrecht vorzugsweise aus der Immobilienbranche
  • Tiefgreifendes bilanzielles Verständnis 
  • MS-Office und DATEV- Kenntnisse wünschenswert   
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse 
  • Teamgeist, Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und persönliches Engagement
