Als forschendes Pharmaunternehmen entwickeln wir seit mehr als 70 Jahren neue Arzneimittel, die wir den Betroffenen weltweit zur Verfügung stellen. Unser Fokus in Europa liegt auf den seltenen Erkrankungen wie etwa Phosphatdiabetes oder das kutane T-Zell-Lymphom, von denen jeweils nur sehr wenige Menschen betroffen sind. Gerade in diesem Bereich ist Unterstützung besonders wichtig, denn häufig fehlt es an geeigneten Behandlungsmöglichkeiten und Diagnosen werden oft erst sehr spät gestellt. Unser Ziel ist es, den Patient:innen und allen anderen Beteiligten so oft wie möglich ein Lächeln zu schenken. Daher lautet unser Unternehmsmotto: Making people smile.

Responsibilities

Ihre zukünftige Rolle:

Als Kreditoren/- Debitorenbuchhalter sind sie Teil unseren DACH-Finanzteams und berichten direkt an den lokalen Finance Director.

So unterstützen Sie unsere Mission: Ihre Aufgaben 

  • Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Stammdatenpflege von Lieferanten und Kunden
  • Kontenabstimmungen
  • Unterstützung des Debitorenmanagements
  • Zusammenstellung von Informationen für externe Prüfer im Rahmen des Jahresabschlusses
  • Pflege eines ordentlichen Buchhaltungsablagesystems
Qualifications

Das bringen Sie mit - Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens fünfjährigen Erfahrung im Kreditorenbuchhaltungsbereich. Erfahrungen im Debitorenbuchhaltungsbereich sind vorteilhaft.
  • Kenntnisse in Rechnungslegungsgrundsätzen (HGB) sind erforderlich, IFRS ist vorteilhaft
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit auf kleine Unternehmen ausgerichteten Standard-ERPs. Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von D365 sind vorteilhaft  
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung. Weiterbildungen im Buchhaltungsbereich werden gern gesehen und weiterhin gefördert
  • Gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Intereresse und Erfahrungen bei der Unterstützung der Erstellung von Periodenabschlüssen
  • Sorgfältige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Ein höflicher und zugewandter Kommunikationsstil gegenüber unseren Kunden und Lieferanten, aber auch den Kollegen gegenüber
