Aufgaben
  • Business Development: Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung Deines eigenen Kunden- und Kandidatennetzwerks
  • Leadership Advisory: Zentraler Ansprechpartner im Hinblick auf die Entwicklung einer ganzheitlichen, zukunftsorientierten Personalstrategie für unsere Kunden
  • Projektleitung auf Top-Management-Level: Kommunikative und strategische Begleitung von unseren Kunden durch ihre Recruiting-Journey mit GKES
  • Multi-Projektmanagement: Übernahme von eigenen Projekten in unterschiedlichen Themengebieten, zum Beispiel: Prozessoptimierung und Corporate Development
Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Business Development, Relationship Management oder Sales, idealerweise in der Personalberatung, Investmentbanking oder im Financial Services-Umfeld
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung sowie ausgezeichnete akademische und schulische Leistungen
  • Exzellente verbale und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Stressresistenz, Belastbarkeit und eine selbstständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Projektmanagement-Skills und eine strukturierte Vorgehensweise
  • Den Willen, mit unserem Team gemeinsam Bestleistungen abzurufen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen und (idealerweise) Salesforce
