What You'll Actually Do

  • Recruit, onboard, and scale top affiliates from across Europe.
  • Build and run data-driven strategies—master EPC, CVR, ROI.
  • Optimize every click and conversion with platforms like Everflow and Impact.
  • Work side by side with international data scientists, creatives, and product teams.
  • Travel when needed, connect globally, and grow your career beyond borders.

Who You Are

  • You have 2+ years of experience in affiliate, performance marketing, or e-commerce.
  • You're results-obsessed—average is not in your vocabulary.
  • You know affiliate platforms (Everflow, Impact, HasOffers).
  • You are fluent in English, plus at least one European language (German, Polish, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, etc.).
  • You're hungry for more—global career, freedom, recognition, income.
