Regional Service Manager (Germany) - m/f/d

The Role

As a Regional Service Manager Germany, you will play a vital role for the operational management and continuous high performance of our service partners in Germany. You act as the primary point of contact for our customers and service providers in the region, ensuring smooth operations, high service quality, and adherence to agreed KPIs and SLAs.

You will manage our external service partners, support contract negotiations, drive new business implementations monitor operational performance, and handle escalations – always with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The role is primarily home-office based, with regular travel to our partners and customers across Germany and Europe.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and support our service partners in Germany and across Europe
  • Support, maintain, and manage service contracts
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and SLA performance
  • Manage escalations and continuously optimize processes and interfaces
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to partners for audits, performance reviews, and relationship building
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers and service providers in day-to-day operations

Your Profile

  • Completed degree or vocational training in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Service Management, or a related field
  • Professional experience in managing service providers, service operations, or partner management is an advantage
  • Hands-on mentality with initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Structured and solution-oriented working style with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • MUST Have: Fluent in German and English; another European language is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe on a regular basis
