Affiliate Marketing Manager

Annapurna Recruitment is assisting a dynamic entertainment-tech company in hiring an Affiliate Marketing Manager to supercharge its platform monetization. You'll be responsible for maximizing yield while maintaining an exceptional user experience across a fast-growing digital product.

What You'll Do

Combine multiple data streams and analyze A/B tests to identify high-impact monetization strategies

Develop logic for affiliate deal placements based on device, conversion rate, and CPA data

Partner with developers to build tools for automated monetization tracking and optimization

Drive strategic improvements in user monetization by leveraging data-driven insights

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in affiliate marketing, platform monetization, or yield optimization (whether via your own product or existing platform)

Strong technical understanding of tracking systems, affiliate networks, and performance metrics

Exceptional analytical capability-comfortable diving into numbers and driving insight-led decisions

Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a drive to test and challenge the status quo

Passion for the film & TV space

Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin
