About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Affiliates Lead
to oversee and scale our affiliate marketing operations. The ideal candidate will manage multiple affiliate networks and partners, optimize performance, and ensure the continuous growth of our user base through cost-effective acquisition channels. This role requires a strategic mindset, a strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems, and hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Affiliate Management: Build, maintain, and optimize relationships with affiliate partners and networks to achieve growth and ROI targets.
- Network Oversight: Manage multiple affiliate networks, ensuring performance consistency and alignment with company goals.
- Tracking & Analytics: Utilize tools like HasOffers and other affiliate tracking platforms to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns.
- Performance Optimization: Track metrics such as CPL, CPA, and ROI, identifying opportunities for performance improvement.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure all affiliate activities align with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, analytics, and product teams to align affiliate strategies with overall growth initiatives.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, new tools, and emerging platforms to keep Prime Insights at the forefront of affiliate marketing innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management, ideally in digital or app-based businesses.
- Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking systems, and performance marketing metrics.
- Hands-on experience with similar tools such as Everflow, Tune, or Impact.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in the app industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
