Our platform gives businesses the clarity and focus to stop wasting time on cold outreach and bloated target lists and we're looking to hire a Director of Product Marketing to drive our product narrative, GTM strategy across the entire product portfolio, and product adoption.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role that involves actively developing messaging, collaborating cross-functionally, and ensuring consistent execution in translating the power of our platform into market-winning value.
Reporting to the CMO, you will establish our product marketing function with a focus on operational excellence, building frameworks and strategies for measurable, revenue-aligned impact.
You will manage a Senior Product Marketing Manager and work closely with Product, Sales, Growth, RevOps, and Customer Success to ensure our products are successfully positioned, launched, and successfully adopted and ingrained in our customers' workflows.
This role requires a strategic thinker with proven B2B SaaS expertise, particularly in GTM data/intelligence platforms, and the ability to translate complex platform and product features into clear, compelling value propositions. You should be comfortable leveraging AI to think better and move faster.
Key Responsibilities
This role is a dynamic blend of high-level strategy and hands-on execution. You will:
- Design and execute comprehensive, tiered GTM strategies for products and features, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and strategic priorities.
- Own and execute an end-to-end product and feature launch process, from initial product development feedback to post-launch analysis, coordinating all cross-functional stakeholders.
- Own and champion the definition, documentation, and continuous refinement of Dealfront's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), strategic narrative, messaging, and market positioning.
- Ensure product value propositions are consistently and effectively communicated across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
- Develop and deliver high-impact sales enablement materials and training sessions, including battle cards, playbooks, presentations, and product training.
- Maintain up-to-date competitive positioning and differentiation strategies that keep us ahead of the curve.
- Together with relevant teams, champion and coordinate "Dealfronting" (dogfooding) by leveraging the Dealfront platform to improve our own GTM efforts, identify insights, test new features, and provide vital product feedback.
We need a proven leader who has successfully navigated the complexities of B2B SaaS and is ready to hit the ground running.
- 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of building or scaling product marketing functions from the ground up, with a focus on operational excellence.
- Demonstrated success creating and executing sophisticated go-to-market strategies for complex B2B products, including tiered launch approaches.
- Unrivaled ability to distill highly technical features into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with diverse B2B audiences.
- Comfortable using data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, measure the impact of PMM efforts, and iterate on approaches.
- Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and German a plus).
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building scalable processes/frameworks where none currently exist.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, strategic thinking, and overall PMM output.
- Strong project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Must be physically located within the EU.
