As Director of Product Management, you will contribute to the development of our product portfolio, support cross-functional cooperation, and help guide strategic decisions that influence the evolution of our digital solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a product strategy aligned with organizational objectives and user requirements.
• Oversee the lifecycle management of assigned products, ensuring planning, prioritization, and timely execution.
• Lead market and user research to gather insights that support product direction.
• Maintain product roadmaps and ensure alignment with engineering, design, and stakeholder expectations.
• Work closely with departments such as Engineering, UX, Data, Sales, and Operations to support coordinated delivery.
• Establish product performance indicators, reporting practices, and data-driven decision processes.
• Support and mentor Product Managers, encouraging professional development and effective collaboration.
• Communicate product updates, proposals, and progress to internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve product capabilities and support responsible growth.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Extensive experience in Product Management, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience working with digital products, software platforms, cloud-based services, or similar technology environments.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies and full lifecycle management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in technical settings.
• Knowledge of user research, product analytics, and evaluation methods.
• Bachelor's degree is required; advanced education in a related field is beneficial.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Working Conditions

• Remote position with occasional travel for team meetings or workshops when necessary.
• Collaboration with colleagues in different locations and time zones may be required.
• Role involves engagement with various teams working in dynamic technology-focused environments.

Job Function
