Your Tasks:

  • Develop the strategy for the "Product Marketing" department together with the VP and company leadership.
  • Lead a team of three Product Marketers.
  • Develop and manage the go-to-market strategy for highly complex AdTech products.
  • Own positioning, differentiation, and messaging for technical products – both for internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Bridge technical products with marketing and sales, ensuring launches are well-coordinated, on time, and effective.
  • Make decisions based on research, data, and market feedback.

Your Profil:

  • 5+ years of B2B Product Marketing experience with one of the following titles: Product Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Lead, Director Product Marketing, or Head of Product Marketing.
  • The term Product Marketing appears at least three times on your CV and LinkedIn profile.
  • Proven track record in B2B Product Marketing for software products.
  • 12+ years of professional experience in fields relevant to Product Marketing.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Hands-on mindset with strong strategic ability.
  • Good understanding of the AdTech industry.
  • Business-fluent English.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Berlin (approx. 10%).
