About the Job
Within Service Portfolio Management (SPM), the Data Engineer Intern will support the development and optimization of AI-driven solutions to enhance SPM processes and facilitate the Overall IT Service Portfolio Strategy. This role focuses on prompt engineering, API integration using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approaches and implementing Model Context Protocols (MCPs) to streamline service portfolio operations.
What you do
Implement and develop Excellent knowledge of machine/deep learning in existing service portfolio management processes.Apply knowledge of building AI Agents in existing functional rules.Apply AI content development within Service Design using AWS and Azure for scalable and efficient delivery.Streamline robust and solid processes into lean and efficient workflows.Coordinate the run portfolio management activities maintenance and the continuous development of change and transformation activities.Drive the simplification of reporting functionalities and preparation of senior management reports.What you bring
Excellent knowledge of machine learning and natural language processing with in depth knowledge of algorithms and various AI Models.Functional coding skills ideally in Python. Knowledge of building AI Agents (Gen-AI, Agentic-AI) and familiarity with AI-related tools such as ChatGPT.Fundamental know-how of AWS/Azure for cloud-based solutions and comprehensive understanding of data analysis techniques.ITIL Foundations strong knowledge as well as economics and business transformation acumen.Team skills and ability to work with different professional backgrounds.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.You can start immediately and if you are interested in an internship for 6 months – 1 year in full-time (38h/week).What we offer
