Working Student/Intern Business & Service Operations (m/f/d) We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team within the IF&IS at Allianz Global Network as Business & Service Operations Intern. Reporting to the Chapter Area Lead, the intern will support service managers, product owners, and strategic project initiatives across the organization.This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in service management, product ownership, and strategic project coordination. The intern will work closely with various departments to support project management activities, optimize workflows, and contribute to strategic initiative. What you do Project & Workflow CoordinationAssist in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities across departments, ensuring timely delivery by following up on action items, deadlines, and dependenciesIdentify operational bottlenecks and propose workflow improvements to optimize efficiency Service Management & Product Ownership SupportContribute to service documentation, reporting, and process tracking, while assisting in preparing service reviews, performance metrics, and improvement proposalsSupport product backlog refinement and ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements Strategic Projects & Business AnalysisParticipate in strategic initiatives by gathering data, conducting analyses, and preparing insights for informed decision-makingAssist in preparing business cases, presentations, and strategic briefs, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into structured deliverables Communication & CollaborationWork closely with cross-functional teams across Allianz Global NetworkPrepare clear and concise presentations, reports, and status updates What you bring Mandatory proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and TeamsExperience in project management and workflow coordination, collaborating with various departments to align resources, optimize procedures, and address bottlenecks, including follow-upsStrategic thinking and business analysis skills, with the ability to interpret information and contribute to decision-makingStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProactive, curious, and able to work collaboratively in an international environmentFamiliarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus, and understanding German is also advantageousBasic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week) 86844 | Project Management | Student | n.a. | Allianz Technology | Full Time or Part Time | Temporary What we offer We offer flexible schedules aligned with your studies by tailoring your work hours to accommodate your academic commitments, providing the flexibility needed to effectively balance your work responsibilities and studies.
