Department Description & Job Purpose

The position of Technology Transformation & Strategy Working Student will be located in Technology & Innovation Consulting, in the diverse Service Cluster of Cloud & IT Transformation Excellence.

Key responsibilities  

• Actively support the growth of consulting services (e.g., Data & AI Advisory services) to our internal customers with sales, offering content and delivery   
• Participate in the design and development of consulting assets including templates, checklists, stakeholder maps, and customizable business cases for large scale data transformation scope
• Assist in development of compelling whitepapers, research materials on topics such as Generative AI scaling, Responsible AI and Data/AI Strategy
• Contribute to data & AI focused capability-building playbooks by curating learning paths and transformation readiness tools
• Become an integral part of a consulting project and join a team of project managers, engineers, architects, data experts and senior stakeholders 

Key requirements

• Self-starter with a hands-on mentality, able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment  
• Outgoing, strong communication skills and high customer orientation  
• Organizational talent  
• Proficiency in English and German (good to have), spoken and written
• Experience with MS Office products (expert in PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with cloud concepts (Azure is a plus)
• Understanding of AI/GenAI, data platform technologies
• Understanding of how we scale GenAI use cases in Insurance or other related industries
• You can start in December 2025/January 2026 and are interested in an internship position for 6 months - full time (38 h/week)
