Then join now the Allianz Technology Communications & Reputation team as an intern Our department is responsible for all forms of communication, both external and internal and we perform a wide range of tasks including event management, social media, maintaining our intranet platform and writing all sorts of communications-related pieces.
What you do
Prepare internal and external communications material (writing/editing/proof reading of texts), including maintenance of intranet pages.Type, compile and prepare presentations/newsletters/other communications materials in English and German.Planning and organizing both local and global events.General support with daily business (including some administrative tasks).Cooperate with different departments and international project teams.Align communications material with key stakeholder groups.What you bring
Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program (preferred) in Communications, Marketing, Business, Psychology, or related field. Excellent writing and communication skills in German and English (native level). Previous familiarity with intranet technologies as well as Social Media know-how.MS Office skills (word, excel, powerpoint). Team player with excellent Intercultural and interpersonal skills. Technical/IT knowledge is a bonus You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week)Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.What we offer
