As an Account Executive (m/f/d), you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our secure messenger solutions to businesses and organizations. Fluency in German and English is essential for this role, as you will be dealing with clients in German-speaking regions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of secure communication technologies.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and execute sales strategies for the enterprise segment to target and engage high-value enterprise accounts across the Public Sector & Critical National Infrastructure. Working with Marketing to Identify and prioritize target accounts (ABM) within a specific territory or industry vertical.Create account plans for top-tier customers, outlining revenue goals, engagement strategies, and action items, aligning company resources to the success of the enterprise segment. Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and initiating contact through various channels, ensuring self-business development is a core part of the scope. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. Understand client requirements and tailor product presentations and product demonstrations to effectively showcase the benefits of our secure messenger solutions.Manage, Coach, and work with an enterprise Business Development Manager tied to the plan and success of the enterprise segment.Collaborate with the Pre-Sales, Delivery,  and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth sales process and exceptional customer experience.Provide proactive and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the management team.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to the industry category. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products and services.Conduct regular sales meetings, negotiations, and presentations to win new business and secure contract renewals.Maintain a deep understanding of our products, features, and pricing structures to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.YOUR PROFILEFluency in both German and English, is essential.Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology sector or software sales.Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate with clients effectively.Good understanding of the messaging, video conferencing, or secure comms market. Strong presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.Solid understanding of secure communication technologies, including messaging encryption, data protection, and privacy regulations.Self-motivated and driven individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and events as required.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.WHY WIRE?Join a market-proven (>1,000 customers) company and drive Wire to become the worldwide market leader.30 days of vacation entitlement, allowing you to take well-deserved time off and maintain a healthy work-life balance.Competitive salary and commissions, ensuring that your hard work is recognized and rewarded.We're not only developing the future of secured collaboration platforms but also investing in our development: Every team member gets a yearly education budget granted and can benefit from a holistic cafeteria system to strengthen personal capabilities.With an Urban Sports Club subscription, we will ensure that our employees stay balanced and mentally and physically healthyWe have a beautiful office in the heart of Berlin and offer our team a mix of working from anywhere vs. spending selected days together in our office to connect on a personal level.Enjoy fresh breakfast in the office, daily fruits, snacks, free soft drinks, and the world's best Barista coffee machine.We value diversity and equality.
