**Overview**:
We are looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join the DACH team. As the Strategic Account Executive, you will report to the Strategic Sales Director.

**You will**:

- Exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets by creating new opportunities and selling our conversational AI solutions into existing accounts.
- Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with an emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts.
- Territory identification and research, to formalise a go to market territory strategy and create a qualified target account list within 30 days.
- Engage with prospect organisations to position LivePerson products through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, return on investment analysis, references and analyst data.
- Manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners etc.
- Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long term perspective to maximise overall revenue generation.
- Provide accurate monthly forecasting of revenue and be comfortable in Meddpicc qualification
- Work closely with your dedicated SDR
- Research and Identify territories, to formalise a go to market territory strategy and create qualified opportunities within a target list
- Target key decision-makers at our customers within sales, marketing, IT, care and the contact centre
- Engage with C-level prospects to position LivePerson's strategic value proposition
- Develop internal relationships and manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources including Inside Sales, Solution Consultants, Professional Services, Success, Executives, Legal and Marketing teams

**You have**:

- Consistent proven track record of success and achievement of enterprise level sales within a SaaS organisation
- Proven ability to close new business - quota attainment on a regular basis
- 4+ years field sales experience
- 3+ years selling complex commercial software solutions
- Ability to challenge a brands thinking
- Ability to create your own pipeline
