Senior Finance Business Partner – Munich (4 days in office)

We're looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to play a key role in driving financial strategy, performance analysis, and commercial decision-making across our growing business.

What you'll do:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for assigned business units.
  • Partner with functional and operational leaders to support decision-making and cost control.
  • Build financial models to assess new business scenarios, investments, and pricing strategies.
  • Deliver profitability analysis with actionable insights for margin optimization.
  • Oversee cost forecasting and budget management across projects and products.
  • Support business cases for new products and market expansions.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts and finance partners.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • 7+ years' experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Business Analysis.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience with ERP implementation (advantageous).
  • Leadership experience and a collaborative mindset.
