HR Business Partner Consulting Services (M/F/D)

Tasks
:

  • Consult and counsel managers on all employee related and labor law related topics
  • Consult on identification of personal development needs across the client organization
  • Provide consultancy on efficient onboarding of new employees
  • Consult on organizational development and good organizational structure
  • Consult the client group throughout the performance process (bonus, merit, evaluation)
  • Consult Work Council interactions
  • Develop project plans and regular updates as needed and agreed

Qualification:

  • 8 years of experience as HR Business Partner (internal or as consultant) in an international environment
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Credible business person who is perceived as trusted advisor and expert
  • Project knowledge in German labor law, and project experience with work council
  • Project experience to work efficiently in a matrix environment
  • Experience in Pharma industry is an advantage
