Aufgaben

Du bist nicht nur für Zahlen zuständig, sondern auch für Prozesse. Als Finance Generalist arbeitest du eng mit dem CFO zusammen und übernimmst eine Schlüsselrolle im Aufbau von Strukturen und Services. Dein Impact geht über Buchhaltung hinaus – du gestaltest Prozesse, Tools und Schnittstellen.

Finance Operations:
Du stellst den operativen Finance-Alltag sicher: (u. a. Buchhaltung, Rechnungswesen, Zahlungsströme, Mahnwesen, Bearbeitung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle, sowie Kosten- und Liquiditätssteuerung)

Controlling & Reporting:
Du hilfst beim Aufbau smarter Finance- und Reporting-Strukturen, die mit uns skalieren

Prozesse & Tools:
Du treibst Prozessoptimierung, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung voran und unterstützt bei der Auswahl passender Tools für skalierbare Abläufe

Investor Relations:
Unterstützung bei Due Diligence-Prozessen und Funding-Runden sowie Kommunikation mit unseren Investoren

Strategische Projekte:
Mitarbeit bei Themen wie Pricing, Business Cases, Budgetierung und Kostenoptimierung

Kommunikation:
enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams (Finance, People & Culture, Sales und Customer Success) und Mithilfe bei der Koordination unserer externen Partner (z. B. Steuerberater, Banken, Dienstleister)

Qualifikation

Erste oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in Finance/Controlling

Kaufmännische Ausbildung, Studium oder einschlägige Praxiserfahrung – wichtiger ist uns dein Können als ein formaler Abschluss

Breites Skillset: von Accounting/Operations über Controlling bis hin zu strategischen Finanzthemen

Begeisterung für Start-up-/Scale-up-Kultur und Freude daran, aktiv Verantwortung zu übernehmen

Offenheit für Tech-Tools, Automatisierung und datengetriebene Prozesse

Hands-on-Mentalität: pragmatisch anpacken, aber auch strukturiert denken

Selbständige, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
