Day to Day

This position is based in Dublin (Ireland) and follows a hybrid work model – with two in-office days per week. We offer a comprehensive relocation package to support your move.

Your role as an Account Executive (DACH market)

In this role, you'll help businesses improve their recruiting strategy by presenting the value of our products, identifying tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships with clients across the DACH region.

Responsibilities

Developing and strengthening relationships with new and existing clients

Meeting performance goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Hosting virtual product demonstrations with clients

Leveraging data insights to provide strategic customer guidance

Skills/Competencies

1+ years of experience in Sales (e.g. Account Manager, Sales Executive)

Experience in consultative selling and account management

Exceptional communication skills, self-motivation, and a collaborative mindset

Passion for sales and a data-driven approach to work

Salary Range Transparency

35, ,000 EUR per year base salary, OTE 85, ,000
