Tasks

Your impact

  • Play a key role in building opus' GTM motion to significantly scale revenue over the coming years
  • Own and optimise key sales and growth channels, from outbound and inbound to partnerships and pilots
  • Build and manage direct relationships with industrial B2B customers
  • Drive the sales cycle end-to-end — sourcing, qualifying, and closing customers, with scope growing alongside your strengths
  • Contribute to building the founding GTM team and shaping how we sell, learn, and scale
Requirements

What makes you a great fit

  • Experience building or scaling initiatives in GTM, RevOps, or Growth Engineering
  • Strong customer empathy and business sense to understand pain points and buying dynamics in B2B environments
  • Ownership mindset with enthusiasm for running initiatives end-to-end, including hands-on and unglamorous work
  • Strong communicator in German who gains energy from working with customers
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, in-person teams with high ambition and low ego
