AufgabenYou will work directly with the founding team and help drive Mello's commercial growth. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role with real responsibility from day one, ideal for someone who wants to learn how an early-stage AI company is built and scaled.
Your focus will be on go-to-market and growth topics: supporting sales and partnerships, sharpening our positioning, and turning early traction into repeatable processes.
- Support go-to-market initiatives across sales, partnerships, and positioning
- Collaborate closely with founders, product, and engineering to bring solutions to customers
- Tackle whatever challenge most moves the company forward
- Work on growth experiments (outbound, ICP definition, lead generation, funnel optimization)

Experience
- Experience in generalist roles or high-agency environments (early-stage startups, consulting or venture, operations)
- Strong intuition for software, data, and AI (technical background is a plus, not a must)
- Comfortable working with incomplete information and figuring things out independently
- High integrity, strong work ethic, and a strong sense of urgency
- Clear and confident communication skills in German and English
- A high-ownership role with real responsibility and direct exposure to company-building
- Close collaboration with the founding team in a small, fast-moving environment
- Direct access to customers and the full loop from problem discovery to deployment
