Aufgaben

Als Tech Lead (m/w/divers) gestaltest Du die Entwicklung unserer internen digitalen Produkte:

  • Du führst fachlich ein Team von Softwareentwickler:innen und übernimmst die Verantwortung für die technische Umsetzung sowie den Betrieb deines digitalen Produkts über den gesamten Lebenszyklus
  • Du entwirfst und kommunizierst Softwarearchitekturen gemäß unserer Technologiestandards, überprüfst den Code deines Teams und stellst die konsistente technische Qualität deines Produkts sicher
  • Du vermittelst komplexe technische Konzepte verständlich an Stakeholder und koordinierst mit anderen IT- und Business-Stakeholdern zu Produktroadmaps, Anforderungen, Systemintegrationen, etc.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Software Architekt:innen, Product Ownern und anderen Tech Leads in einem internationalen Setup zusammen und förderst kontinuierliche Verbesserung in Entwicklungsprozessen und Coding-Praktiken Kontakt

  • abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik
  • mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Softwareentwicklung/-architektur
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Java (Quarkus, Spring Boot), TypeScript (Angular), Python (für AI-getriebene Services und rapid Prototyping) und weitere state-of-the-art Technologien in der digitalen Produktentwicklung und dem gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
  • Sichere Kenntnisse moderner Cloud-Technologien, vorzugsweise Microsoft Azure (u. a. Azure SQL, Cosmos DB) sowie in Unit-/Integrations-Tests, CI/CD und Observability (Grafana, Elasticsearch)
  • Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von systemübergreifenden, Event-driven Microservice-Architekturen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
