In dieser strategisch wichtigen Rolle gestalten Sie den gruppenweiten Rahmen für moderne Softwareentwicklung, Toolchains und Qualitätsstandards – über Cloud- und On-Premise-Landschaften hinweg.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des
    Center of Excellence Software Engineering Excellence
  • Definition, Einführung und Governance moderner Entwicklungs- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Auswahl und Weiterentwicklung der Entwicklungsumgebungen und Toolchains
  • Förderung moderner Engineering-Praktiken (CI/CD, DevSecOps, Testautomatisierung)
  • Einführung und Pilotierung von KI-gestützten Tools zur Produktivitätssteigerung
  • Aufbau von Communities of Practice für rund 500 Entwickler:innen
  • Definition und Monitoring von KPIs zur Messung von Effizienz und Qualität
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Tribes, Product Ownern und Engineering Leads

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in leitender Rolle im Software Engineering oder Engineering Enablement
  • Tiefes Verständnis für moderne Softwarearchitekturen, Cloud-Umgebungen und DevOps
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Steuerung von Centers of Excellence
  • Strategisches Denken, technologische Tiefe und hohe Umsetzungsorientierung
  • Kommunikations- und Führungsstärke in agilen Organisationen
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
    sind zwingend erforderlich
  • Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil,
    aber nicht erforderlich
